Summary/Overview: During their presentation, Sebastian and Jake will discuss the corporate implications of selling your company. They will address how to maximize the value of your book of business and position your company for an exit, valuing your brand and the current M&A landscape. They will also discuss tax reorganization before selling your company. They will cover selling your practice as a C corporation, S corporation, LLC as well as selling an interest in a partnership or in a disregarded entity. Lastly, they will address state tax implications.
